SculptChat, operated by PLUTO LABS L.L.C., is a digital service that provides AI-generated 3D printable models. We do not manufacture, ship, or deliver any physical products. Our service is entirely digital, and all deliverables are provided electronically.

2. What We Deliver

When you use SculptChat, you receive:

• 3D Model Files: Digital STL files that can be used with 3D printing software (slicers) such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio
• Instant Access: Generated models are available for download immediately upon creation
• Unlimited Downloads: You can download your generated models as many times as needed

3. Digital Delivery Process

Our digital delivery works as follows:

1. You describe the 3D model you want to create using natural language
2. Our AI generates the 3D model in real-time (typically within seconds)
3. The model appears in your browser viewport for preview
4. You can download the STL file using the export button
5. The file downloads directly to your device

4. Delivery Timeframe

All digital products are delivered instantly:

• Model Generation: Typically 5-30 seconds depending on complexity
• Credits: Purchased credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• File Downloads: STL files can be downloaded instantly after generation

5. File Specifications

All delivered 3D model files have the following specifications:

• Format: STL (Standard Triangle Language)
• Scale: 1 unit = 10mm in the exported file
• Quality: Print-ready, watertight geometry with proper wall thickness
• Compatibility: Works with all major 3D printing slicers

6. No Physical Delivery

Important: SculptChat does not provide 3D printing services. We only provide the digital 3D model files (STL format). You are responsible for:

• Owning or having access to a 3D printer
• Using appropriate slicing software to prepare the model for printing
• Selecting suitable materials and print settings
• The actual 3D printing process

If you need 3D printing services, we recommend using local 3D printing services or online 3D printing marketplaces.

To receive and use our digital deliverables, you need:

• Stable internet connection
• Sufficient storage space on your device for downloaded files
