By accessing or using SculptChat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SculptChat is a web-based application that allows users to create 3D printable models through natural language conversations with an AI assistant. The Service generates Three.js code and exports STL files for 3D printing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the 3D models you create using the Service. However, you grant SculptChat a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that models generated will be suitable for 3D printing or any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying the printability of exported files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SculptChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
