1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SculptChat, operated by PLUTO LABS L.L.C. (UID: 812193829), headquartered at rr. Çerçiz Topulli, p.n., Podujevë, Kosovo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SculptChat is a web-based application that allows users to create 3D printable models through natural language conversations with an AI assistant. The Service generates Three.js code and exports STL files for 3D printing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the 3D models you create using the Service. However, you grant SculptChat a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that models generated will be suitable for 3D printing or any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying the printability of exported files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SculptChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Using SculptChat Through AI Assistants

1. You may use SculptChat through ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. These Terms apply to that use as if you used our website.
2. Models that the assistant designs itself are free. Sculpted models use the credits on your SculptChat account at the same price as on our website. We do not sell credits or plans through any assistant.
3. Model code written by an assistant is checked and shown in our viewer as it is. Check the model before you print it.
4. The assistant is run by another company. We are not responsible for what it says, for actions it takes without asking SculptChat, or for its availability.
5. Before a print starts you must confirm that the printer bed is clear and the right material is loaded. You are responsible for supervising your printer.
6. You may not use SculptChat, directly or through an assistant, to make weapons, weapon parts, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
7. You can disconnect an assistant at any time. We may revoke a connection that is misused.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
