SculptChat, operated by PLUTO LABS L.L.C. ("we", "our", or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including chat messages and generated models
• Technical Data: Browser type, device information, and IP address
• Cookies: Small files stored on your device to improve your experience

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Using SculptChat from ChatGPT and Other AI Assistants

You can connect SculptChat to ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol. This section explains what happens when you do.

Connecting. You sign in to SculptChat on our website and approve the connection. We then give the assistant an access token that works only with SculptChat and only for what you approved: your models, and, if you allow it, your connected printers. We never see your password for the assistant, and the assistant never sees your SculptChat password.

What we receive from the assistant. When the assistant uses SculptChat for you, we receive the request it sends: the description or change you asked for, the model code the assistant wrote, model and printer identifiers, and file format or size choices. The assistant may also send a language setting and an approximate location; we do not store these and do not use them for anything. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant.

What we send back. Model names, status, descriptions you gave, credit balance, printer names and print progress. This becomes part of your conversation with the assistant and is handled under that provider's privacy policy.

What we store. The same as when you use our website: your descriptions, the models (as code or mesh files), credits used, whether the viewer could show each model (and the error if not), and printing jobs. We also store a record of each connection (which assistant, when, which permissions) and hashed access tokens. If you link your Bambu Lab account in a conversation, the assistant passes your Bambu email and the one-time code Bambu emails you to us; we send them to Bambu Lab and keep only the encrypted Bambu session, the same as when you link it on our website.

Who processes it. For models designed by the assistant, the assistant's provider writes the model and we only store it. We also use fal (to sculpt models), Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage and print preparation), Clerk (sign-in), and, if you print, Bambu Lab (your printer account).

How long. Models and descriptions stay until you delete them or your account. Access tokens expire after one hour; the connection lasts while it is used and ends after 30 days without use, or when you disconnect. Download links expire after 15 minutes.

Your controls. Disconnect SculptChat in the assistant's settings at any time. Delete models in your SculptChat account, or contact hello@sculptchat.com to delete your account and its data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service.
