2. Digital Products and Credits

SculptChat provides a digital service for generating 3D printable models through AI. Purchases on our platform consist of credits that are used to generate 3D models.

  • Credits are consumed when you generate 3D models using our AI service
  • Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using purchased credits, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Service Unavailability: If the service becomes permanently unavailable and you have unused credits

4. Refund Limitations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate 3D models
  • Dissatisfaction with a generated model (you can regenerate or modify models)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the proportion of unused credits remaining in your account. The exact refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • The original purchase price
  • The number of credits used since purchase
  • Any applicable fees or processing costs

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and loss of any remaining credits.
